2. To trouble shoot all Email, desktop, LAN,system,keyboard,mouse patch cord printer issues at user level
To support and maintain internal as well as external (Branches) desktops, printers, and peripherals.
To support for monitor security policy in all desktops, also modify the same to meet business needs time to time
To support on daily backup and Disaster Recovery policy support.
To attend all user level calls if required visit to Branches.
To follow Base line Documentation and Maintenance as per ISO Policies at desktop level.
Daily DAR sending to senior. Conducting monthly security audit on systems.
To check antivirus updation in Head office and all branch offices weekly.
To Monitor VPN connectivity and trouble shooting at Head office/branch offices.
Co-ordination with all other depts. for a smooth running of IT Dept
To maintain Inventory and Checklist

Experience: 0 to 1 yrs
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Computers, B.B.A - Management) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE IT (Fresher) / B.Sc with Diploma in IT
Certification: CCNA/MCSE/MCP.
Minimum 1 year of experience in LAN, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000, XP, Citrix, Linux, Terminal Services, Thin Client, Domain Controller concepts, Active Directory, Support to Firewall, VPN (IPSec, SSL, and PPTP), Printers, backup,
Must have worked in Mult Locations and handled support to a network of 20+ machines and 2+ Servers.
